My bf’s pakulo on our first official ‘friendly date’. Today is the expiration of the registration of his so-called promo, the ‘superunlilove’. Korni, isnt it? But cute, hehe. He wrote this maybe bcoz He thought It would took this long since our first date before I would finally say ‘yes tayo na’. It was my first time ever to go on a romantic date (the one that I am FULLY AWARE that its a date) bcoz I used to hate dating. Yes I was a date phobic back then but bcoz of his persistent request to go out with me, and I ask God a day before If Im ready, luckily, Ive found the guts to say yes. Sorry napakadatephobic ko lang talaga. Ewan ko ba. Thank goodness God made a way to let us meet again after 8years which helped me conquer one of my fears. It was a rainy afternoon on May 11, 2012 when he texted me that he’s on his way to my home. I was like in a panic mode since I was not used to let guys fetch me at home before going out somewhere. I was insisting that ‘no!!!! Lets meet halfway na lang’. Nababadtrip talaga ako nun bcoz he’s too persistent and said that its inappropriate kung sa kalsada pa kami magkikita. Hmm. Tama nga naman. When he came riding a taxi wth a bouquet of red roses in his hand, I was surprised! :S Kala mo layo ng bahay e sa kanto lang naman, at nakataxi pa. Haha! :D I was half irita bcoz Im not used to it and half kilig bcoz its my ideal courtship scenario. The way he introduced himself to my mama and relatives and the way he asked my mama’s permission to let me go on a movie date with him, very impressive! :) I thought I could only read it in Nicholas Sparks’ books or seen on the korean novelas that I often watched. Due to my fondness with romantic movies and chic lits, I have created a high standard before I get kilig with the courtship process. And this is exceptional. Ewan ko ba, may spark! God knows that this kind is the one that will make my iron heart melt. . When we became couples I asked him why did he do those things sabi nya d nya dn daw alam bat ang lakas ng loob nya. D daw nya talaga alam. Hahaha! The moment I heard it, I knew that its God who controlled us that day. Its God’s will. Since then I knew that I am in a God-centered relationship. :)
